  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your shipping location.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. You’ll see estimated delivery times during checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customs and import taxes may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes).

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
